Paul Troika

Paul graduated from Reading High, attended East Stroudsburg University and graduated from Hiram Scott College in Nebraska. At Reading HS he was co-captain of the Red Knights 1965-66 basketball team and had a two year record of 46-3, winning the Central Penn Conference title both years. He was the winner of the West Reading summer basketball league MVP award in 1967 and MVP at Hiram Scott College. At East Stroudsburg he was the leading scorer on the frosh team with a 23.0 per game scoring average. He was an outstanding member of the RHS baseball team that won the East Penn title and he hit for the cycle in the championship game. Paul was a nine year member of the Rising Sun softball team and member of their World Championship team in 1976. He coached basketball at Holy Name, Daniel Boone, Schuylkill Valley and Reading High.
