Linda Davis

Field hockey coach at Wilson for 28 years winning a county title and 6 division championships. In 1993 she received the Distinguished Coaches Award for 200 county wins and finished her career with 235 wins Linda coached USFHA futures program and among her top players were Olympian Katie Kauffman Beach and Kim Schroll Underwood, a member of the 1995 NCAA championship team at UNC and is the current Wilson coach. Linda coached 12 Division 1 scholarship players, 4 who went on to be PIAA officials and 15 girls who became field hockey coaches. She also coached Wilson girls’ basketball for many years with a county title. She was inducted into the Wilson Sports Hall of Fame and the Berks County Field Hockey Hall of Fame.
