All Around
As a Governor Mifflin High School grad, Amy excelled in three sports: gymnastics, diving and track and field. In high school she was a national level gymnast competing for her club team, a medalist in diving at the PIAA State championships and she finished third in the PIAA state championships in the shot put for Governor Mifflin. At Ithaca College, she concentrated on gymnastics and was a two-time national champion, setting three school records. Amy was also the Eastern Collegiate champ in floor exercise, vault and all-around. She taught and coached at Governor. Mifflin High School and has been inducted into the Governor Mifflin High School and Ithaca College Halls of Fame.
