Tim Brill

Tim was an outstanding athlete who graduated from Oley High School in 1973. He scored 1033 points in basketball and led Oley to a county title in soccer where he was an All-State striker. Tim was an All Berks pitcher and was drafted out of high school by the California Angels in the 24th round. Tim chose to attend St. Joseph’s University where he played on the baseball team and was selected by the Cleveland Indians in the 21st round of the MLB draft. He had a three-season minor league career with stops at Jersey City, Chattanooga and Savannah. After his playing career, Tim coached the Oley Legion.
