Bernie Driscoll

Most successful coach in the history of Kutztown University men’s basketball with 358 wins (going into the 2024-25 season) since 2000, which ranks fourth in PSAC East history and 10th in PSAC history. Has guided the Golden Bears to six PSAC East championships, four PSAC title games, four NCAA Division II Tournament appearances and two NCAA Atlantic Region finals. Bernie has coached three of the top 10 scorers in PSAC East history, including 2009 national player of the year Stephen Dennis. He’s a four-time PSAC East Coach of the Year. He was an assistant coach at West Chester University for 13 seasons and graduated from Dickinson College in 1977 with a degree in biology. He played football and basketball in college and still holds several Dickinson receiving records.
