Legendary Boyertown High School basketball, field hockey and softball coach. She was a coach and Health & Phys. Ed. Instructor for 39 years. Received the Montgomery County Eddie Hartenstine Award for Outstanding Sports Leadership (1973). She has an overall coaching record in basketball of 183-29, field hockey 123-32-24 and softball 187-22. She had an unbeaten streak of 65 straight games in softball. For three straight years (1965-67), Wise’s basketball, field hockey and softball teams did not lose a single game. That’s nine undefeated seasons in three years!
