Don Seltzer

Reading High School top runner. Led the Red Knights to the District III Cross Country Championship (1950). He was the top runner at Albright College. He began his coaching career by initiating the cross country program at Mount Penn High School. He coached cross country at Conrad Weiser High School and at Daniel Boone High School, where he won three divisional track titles. Coached cross country at Exeter High School, compiling a 172-13 record, winning 74 consecutive home meets, seven Berks County Championships, ten league titles, two District III Cross Country Championships, two state runner- up titles and eight undefeated dual meet seasons. He also coached the Dolfin Corporation National Junior Champions in Kansas City (1982).
