Jo Ann Heller

A graduate of Exeter High School (1975). She was an outstanding athlete who played basketball, tennis and golf. Jo Ann was inducted into the Exeter High School Athletic Hall of Fame. She was the first PIAA girls golf champion (1974). She has won six WBCGA amateur titles and three Central Penn Betty Fehl-Fegley crowns. She was honored by the Woman’s Berks County Golf Association when they named their WBCGA tournament championship in her honor (2007). She was the director of the Ladies Professional Golf Association Betsy King Classic for seven years and is currently the Director of Golf and head professional at Golden Oaks Country Club. She and her husband Mike are the first husband and wife team to be inducted into the Berks Sports Hall of Fame.
